Md. Saiful Islam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of proven expertise in human resource management, administration, and organizational communication, both in Bangladesh and international.
Born in Kushtia in 1975 and raised in Khulna, Mr. Islam has held several strategic leadership roles in Bangladesh, including HR & Admin Coordinator at Housing and Technology Ltd., Operations Manager at Pranon Global Ltd., Marketing Manager at Pranon Pvt. Ltd., and CEO of Meghdoot Chakra. His work has consistently focused on enhancing organizational efficiency, streamlining administrative processes, and fostering effective internal and external communication.
He also brings valuable multinational experience, having worked with TBEA, where he played a key role in strengthening corporate HR, administrative frameworks and communication. Internationally, he served in the United Arab Emirates in senior roles such at Royal Catering Services LLC and Project Manager at Ampelous Metal Trading, where he led diverse teams and managed complex operational and administrative functions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Islam has demonstrated a strong command of strategic planning, human capital development, and communication management, contributing to organizational growth and cultural cohesion. Beyond his professional endeavors, he remains actively involved in various social, literary, and cultural organizations at the national level.
